The Pulse has a new home – and it’s digital

Welcome to the new home of The Pulse – www.thepulse.org.au.
We’ve gone digital. That means you’ll be able to find your favourite employee newsletter on your phone, your tablet, your desktop or your laptop, whether you’re at home or at work.
You’ll find everything that’s happening in Western Sydney Local Health District as it happens.
Today, we have a great mix. You’ll discover more babies are born at Blacktown and Auburn than anywhere else in the state, and get an update on hoarding around the construction zone of the new-look Westmead Education & Conference Centre (WECC).
We’ll showcase some of our best video too. We dare you to watch the ‘King of Blacktown’ meet his idol Elvis without cracking a smile.
Click into ‘Events’ and you’ll find a calendar. It will build to include activities happening across WSLHD. If you have anything to add, send the details to WSLHD-CorporateComms@health.nsw.gov.au.
We’d love you to contribute stories, too. Make them bright and clear and at least 150 words long. We might need to edit them for length, quality, clarity and relevance, but we’ll consider everything that comes our way.
Include a clear photo if you can, along with the names of everyone in it, from left to right.
Stories can be submitted via wslhd-corporatecomms@health.nsw.gov.au.
The Pulse will continue to evolve in coming months. In the meantime, check in whenever you can, and enjoy.
