Prestigious scholarship for Westmead ED nurse
Westmead Hospital emergency department nurse Margaret Murphy has been awarded the Clinical Excellence Commission’s prestigious Ian O’Rourke scholarship.
The scholarship, named in honour of the late Dr Ian O’Rourke, is designed to allow participants to develop better skills in integrating evidence from research into healthcare quality and safety policy and programs.
As part of the scholarship, Margaret will attend the the University College of London’s Centre for Behaviour Change summer school.
