Last week, WSLHD’s Allied Health Research Strategic Plan was launched by Allied Health director Carolyn Fozzard and Allied Health Professor Vicki Flood.

Allied Health research descriptions were provided from two clinical physiotherapists, Dragana Ceprnja and Marie March, and clinical dietitian Elizabeth Parker, who are all enrolled in research degrees.

University of Sydney Dean of Faculty of Heath Sciences Professor Kathryn Refshauge provided a keynote presentation about the value of allied health research, which was followed by a multidisciplinary panel discussion, featuring Professor Jenny Gunton, Professor Joshua Burns, Jo Edwards and Dr Traci-Ann Goyen.
