Your opinion matters!

2017 People Matter survey went live on the 1st June. Survey champions with People and Culture have been working across the district to promote the survey.
Darryl Petersen, NUM of C53 Aged Care, is one of Blacktown and Mount Druitt hospitals survey champions. He believes that People Matter provides an opportunity for all staff to give feedback.
“I have been encouraging my staff and my colleagues to complete the People Matter survey. We had the staff Wellbeing Festival a few weeks ago which was great, I know this came about as the result of last year’s People Matter feedback so I can see the organisation is listening and making improvements. I believe it’s important for all of us to say what’s working well and where we can do better so we can keep improving,” he said.
We need your help to make sure as many staff as possible give their opinions about what really matters in the workplace. Everyone’s opinion matters.
