Family says thanks with donation

The Dogao family’s appreciation of the staff at Westmead Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) Ward was so strong, they held a trivia night and generously donated over $13,000 to the unit.
The funds will help to refurbish the NICU’s parent’s room, where parents and families like Noah’s spend so much of their time, as their little ones are being cared for.
When Noah was born, he was not breathing. He had to be rushed to the NICU for treatment. He spent the first 10 weeks of his life in the ward before moving across to the Children’s Hospital. The NICU team worked tirelessly to care for Noah 24 hours a day over his stay there, and he has come so far.
