Blacktown and Mount Druitt hospitals will soon be home to the My Experience Matters survey, the district’s digital platform for patient feedback.
The My Experience Matters survey will soon be rolled out to all wards across Blacktown and Mount Druitt hospitals, after successfully running at Westmead and Auburn hospitals for the past 12 months.
The survey uses cutting-edge technology to collect feedback from patients, carers and their families on their experience in our hospitals.
Participants provide their feedback via the patient entertainment systems, on tablets via a team of volunteers or online.
Hospital staff then immediately receive the survey responses, enabling them to address any issues in real-time.
The survey takes just minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous.
A team of volunteers will help collect the data during a patient’s stay.
The survey will also be live on Blacktown and Mount Druitt hospitals’ webpages soon.
