Getting a job at WSLHD is about to get easier

A new recruitment and onboarding system for health will streamline the process for applicants and managers.
A new recruitment and on-boarding system for health will streamline the process for applicants and managers.

A new and improved recruitment and on-boarding system will replace eRecruit for NSW Health General Recruitment from November 2017.

As a single platform for managing all health recruitment, the new system will deliver a simpler and more engaging recruitment process, with user-friendly tools and improved workforce reporting.

The system will guide users through all phases of general recruitment – from attracting and sourcing candidates to offering positions and bringing candidates on board.

It will include individual career portals for each local health district, and allow candidates to autofill their application using their LinkedIn profile.

Job offers can be made and accepted online.

More information will be provided in the coming months at the ROB Intranet page where flyers and posters will be available as the November launch date approaches.
