Workplace culture in focus as Phil Minns joins NSW Health

Ministry of Health Secretary Elizabeth Koff has welcomed Phil Minns as Deputy Secretary, People, Culture and Governance.

Phil commences his role at the organisation today.

The Secretary said Mr Minns has an impressive track record.

“Phil joins us with a track record of delivering workforce and workplace reform across large scale and complex systems and has worked across a diverse range of organisations including local, state and federal governments, most recently with the NSW Department of Justice.

“His achievements will stand him in good stead as we focus on our critical priority areas of culture, workforce strategy and capability.”
