Ronald McDonald House community day

Families, patients, staff and the community are invited to take a look at the new Ronald McDonald House Westmead (RMDH)!

A community open day will be held on Saturday, 17 February from 12pm-3pm. You’ll get an exclusive tour of the house, have some family fun and enjoy a BBQ lunch in the family zone.

Entry on the day is by gold coin donation, with 100 per cent of the proceeds supporting Ronald McDonald House Westmead.

Providing a home-away-from-home for seriously ill children and their families, the new house boasts 60 rooms, compared to 18 in the existing house, and will more than double the number of families staying, from 537 to 1360.
