Free seminar: Bipolar disorder

The Westmead Institute for Medical Research bipolar disorders group leader Dr Mayuresh Korgaonkar.

The Westmead Institute for Medical Research is inviting members of the public, people with bipolar disorder, their family and friends to a free community information seminar and morning tea to mark World Bipolar Day.

The event will feature:

  • Q&A panel discussion featuring researchers and clinicians working in bipolar.  The Westmead Institute for Medical Research Bipolar Disorders Group leader Dr Mayuresh Korgaonkar will lead the Q&A panel featuring leading researchers and psychiatrists experienced in mood disorders.
  • Blow Bubbles for Bipolar – a symbolic bubble event to help end the slice surrounding bipolar and spread the good news that bipolar can be successfully managed.
