How to make your photo famous

Would you like to see one of your photos on the walls of Blacktown and Mount Druitt hospitals? If so, here’s your chance.
Entries are now open for the annual Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals Photo Competition.
Now in its fourth year, images from the competition grace the walls of the hospitals’ cancer centre, MRI Unit, Centre for Addiction Medicine, cardiac rehab gym, administration areas and a range of other patient and staff areas.
Arts advocate Vic McEwan praised the project.
“Exposure to the arts has a profoundly beneficial impact on patients,” Vic said.
If you’d like to be part of making our hospitals brighter and less stressful, submit a photo.
This year’s themes are life and kaleidoscope. The competition is open to staff, patients, visitors, carers, volunteers and community members.
Entries close 30 June 2018.
