If you are a registered nurse wishing to pursue a career in midwifery, this information night is for you.

This Thursday night at Auburn Hospital, a free information session will be held to inform registered nurses how they can launch their career into midwifery.

Midwifery encompasses primary health care principles as well as emotional and social aspects of birth.

You will find out about a Graduate Diploma of Midwifery and meet midwifery educators from Western Sydney Local Health District and universities.

There will also be Q&A sessions with managers and senior support staff.
