What’s for dinner? Try this quick beef stir fry

QUICK BEEF STIR FRY
Cook time: 20 minutes
Feeds: 4
INGREDIENTS
1 x 270g packet Hokkien noodles
1 tablespoon canola oil
500g beef rump steak, fat trimmed, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 x 500g packet frozen stir-fry vegetables – fresh vegetables are preferred
2 tablespoons teriyaki marinade
METHOD
- Prepare noodles according to packet instructions.
- In a large non-stick frying pan, heat half the oil. Cook beef in two batches for 2-3 minutes until browned and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium-high, add remaining oil and cook garlic for 30 seconds. Add vegetables and stir fry until just tender.
- Add beef to pan, add teriyaki marinade and toss to coat. Then toss in noodles.
