Have your say, we are listening!

Barbecue breakfasts and after hours pizza deliveries are just a couple of the things we are doing this week to show that People Matter.
Westmead and Auburn staff are also finalising their entries for the Best Dressed Workstation on Wheels competition – so stay tuned for photos next week.
Thanks to everyone who has already completed the People Matter Staff Survey as we have heard from 16% of our staff.
Mount Druitt Hospital is currently in the lead with 31% of staff having their say, followed by WSLHD Corporate with 24% and Integrated and Community Health with 23%.
The survey is open until 2 July, so there is still time for changes on the leaderboard.
Find out how your facility or service is tracking on the intranet page.
This is the final week for paper surveys – these must be in the post by Monday 25 June to reach ORC International on time.
You are able to pick up a paper survey at a People Matter event or ask your manager or HR Business Partner for one.
Drop your completed survey into a secure box at your facility or any Australia Post box.
Alternatively, complete the online survey before 2 July as this is the quickest and easiest way to complete the survey. It’s also confidential.
Sue Scott, Director Workforce Effectiveness, said that no one at the health district will have access to any individual responses.
“The responses are received by an independent organisation and are not released to anyone at WSLHD or the Public Service Commission,” she said.
“I encourage you to go online or submit a paper survey this week.
“Your feedback is meaningful … we’re really looking for the themes in terms of how our staff experience working here on a day-to-day basis and the areas they would like to highlight for improvement.”
