Last chance: Step up and take on Steptember

Steptember is an easy way to boost your fitness and support children with cerebal palsy.

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to sign up to this year’s Steptember initiative!

Not only will you improve your health by conquering 10,000 steps a day, you will also support kids with cerebral palsy.

Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is currently third on the NSW Health leaderboard, with 87 teams already registered and more than $7,714 already raised before Steptember has even started.

Register your team this week to make sure you receive your pedometer before Steptember starts on 4 September.

WSLHD staff can register for free using the code WSLHD2018.
