A very Westmead Hospital Christmas

Hundreds of staff have followed the sweet scent of food to a barbecue lunch at Westmead Hospital.

Westmead and Auburn hospitals’ general manager Brett Thompson, Zouki’s owner Faddy Zouki and Western Sydney Local Health District chief executive Graeme Loy.

The free lunch, sponsored by Zouki, catered for more than 1,500 staff across the hospital.

Team Allied Health: occupational therapists, physiotherapists and speech pathologists.

As a thank you to staff for their hard work, members of the Westmead Hospital executive served lunch to the employees.

Groups from the operating theatres, allied health, nursing, administration, dental and maintenance came together to celebrate the festive season.
