Aggression is never okay. Support your local hospital staff

Western Sydney Local Health District chief executive Graeme Loy has reminded the public that aggression is never okay.

“All of our staff are doing their very best to look after our community. I thank them for their ongoing support as we respond to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic,” Graeme said.

“While I understand the stress and confusion that our patients and consumers are feeling, aggression and abuse of our healthcare workers is never okay and will not be tolerated.

“Testing for COVID-19 is only available if you have a fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath and have either been overseas in the past 14 days or have been in close casual contact of a person with COVID-19.

“We appreciation the co-operation of our community during this busy time.”
