Biggest online seniors workout

The workout will focus on practical and positive strategies for seniors to remain active at home

To help keep seniors active and connected during this period of self-isolation the NSW Government has thrown its support behind the Biggest Seniors Online Workout.

This free workout will focus on practical and positive strategies for seniors to remain active at home. It will include strength, balance and mobility exercises. It will have two different levels of exercises demonstrated, one for those less mobile and one for those more advanced.
