“Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is in an extremely diverse and inclusive place to work and looks at developing its people not only for the betterment of the organisation, but the betterment of its peoples.
“I’ve been with WSLHD for nearly four years and I’ve had an exciting and diverse journey to where I am now.
“Digital health really is the way forward for the future of healthcare. We are looking at things like remote monitoring devices and other opportunities to make our lives more efficient and effective through processes like automation and digital connection.
“The best thing about the western Sydney community is that with its vast diversity in the socio-economic community and culture, it’s one of the most inclusive communities.
“Opportunities are open for everyone, no matter what language you speak or culture you have. The changes that we have made organisationally to suit the needs of our patients and carers in our community is to be credited. We are so open to change.”
